Eden Brown Synergy are working with a Local Authority in Essex who are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Reward Lead. The role is full time for 3 months initially, to start ASAP and paying £550 Umbrella per day (inside IR35).

The Senior Reward Lead will provide expert advice on pay design, job evaluation and reward governance, ensuring frameworks are fair, legally compliant and financially sustainable.

Qualifikationen

• Professional qualification in reward or HR (CIPD/CIPP or equivalent) is required.
• Extensive experience in reward strategy, pay frameworks and benefits design in large organisations.
• Experience in job evaluation, pay design and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and review of reward, pay and grading policies and frameworks.
• Advise senior leaders on job evaluation, pay design and governance.
• Provide expert reward consultancy to managers on organisational change and reward issues.
• Collect and present reward data, metrics and market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Maintain governance for reward activities ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Oversee reward and benefits provision, including procurement and monitoring.
• Lead equal pay and pay equity initiatives to ensure transparency and compliance.
