Harmonic Group Ltd in London is seeking an Interim Senior Finance Manager for a high-growth D2C subscription business on a 6‑month contract. You will own month-end close, oversee finance operations and support the year-end audit, with a hands-on approach to controls and process improvement.

You will manage the Finance Assistant, collaborate with the Director of Finance and FP&A, and play a key role in audit readiness and statutory accounts while maintaining tight financial controls in a

• Fully qualified accountant with audit training (ACA or CA preferred).
• Experience as Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager/FC with month-end ownership.
• Experience leading external audits and preparing statutory accounts.
• Background in financial control and finance operations, not FP&A.
• Experience in high-transaction environments (D2C/subscription/retail) with payments.
• Able to start before November and be in the office three days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end close, keeping it accurate and on schedule.
• Lead pre-audit preparation and support external audit from February.
• Be main contact for external auditors and contribute to statutory accounts.
• Manage Finance Assistant and oversee payments, invoices, banking, cash forecasting.
• Prepare group consolidation with FP&A.
• Maintain VAT compliance and cap table with outsourced accountants.
• Strengthen financial controls and close audit recommendations.
• Identify manual steps and automate using systems/ AI tools.
