We are supporting a leading international law firm in the appointment of an experienced Business Development professional on a fixed‑term basis (6–9 months), providing senior‑level BD capacity to support the BD Director and wider team during a key period.

This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who can quickly get up to speed, operate with minimal supervision, and deliver high‑impact outputs across core strategic and external‑facing BD activity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading set‑piece external events, from planning through to delivery and follow‑up
• Drafting and refining pitch materials and credentials
• Leading selected BD strategic initiatives aligned to firm priorities
• Providing senior‑level drafting and project management support on complex pitches

About you:

You will be an experienced BD professional who can hit the ground running, manage senior stakeholders confidently, and work autonomously. Strong drafting, project management, and relationship‑building skills are essential.

Details:

• Contract: 6–9 months
• Time commitment: Full‑time or 4 days per week
• Location: Ideally London or Washington, DC (to support in‑person onboarding)
