Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities, estates, or property operations.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of the school site and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee planned maintenance programmes and reactive repairs.
• Manage budgets and expenditure for facilities.
