Interim Resident Boarding Graduate Assistant – Roedean

We are seeking to appoint an Interim Resident Boarding Graduate Assistant to promote the wellbeing and academic development of the boarders, and to support the provision of a lively and secure environment for the students, which is conducive both to learning and personal development. This position is full time, starting as soon as possible until the end of the Autumn term (end of December 2025). Qualifications / Requirements
  • Roedean is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people; all staff and volunteers share this commitment.
  • Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
  • The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Applicants may be asked to declare all convictions and cautions on a self-declaration form in advance of attending an interview (including those which are spent unless protected under DBS filtering rules) to assess suitability to work with children.
