Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial property documentation.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters including leases, licences and renewals.
• Support clients on property aspects of wider corporate transactions.
• Liaise with clients and advisers to ensure timely progress.
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice.

The Opportunity

We are working with a highly regarded international law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join its established real estate team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-respected team, advising on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive client base.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, managing matters with a good degree of autonomy while working closely with partners and senior lawyers across the wider practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation.
• Managing landlord and tenant matters, including agreements for lease, licences and lease renewals.
• Supporting clients on property aspects of wider corporate and commercial transactions.
• Liaising with clients, counterparties and other professional advisers to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with solid experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical expertise across a range of commercial property transactions.
• Experience gained within a reputable City, national or international law firm.
• Confident managing transactions independently and working to tight deadlines.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally available immediately or at short notice.
