Page Personnel is recruiting for multiple Interim Commercial Manager roles in London. The position focuses on leading end-to-end procurement from strategy to contract award, developing routes to market, and negotiating with suppliers within a hybrid London setting requiring 2–3 days on-site.

The role requires strong public sector procurement experience, governance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity from strategy through to contract award.
• Develop procurement strategies and routes to market.
• Manage tender processes, evaluations and supplier negotiations.
• Draft procurement documentation, governance papers and contract schedules.
• Provide commercial advice to business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and governance requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support high-value and strategically important procurement programmes.
