1st Executive Ltd in London is seeking an Interim Assistant Commercial Manager to lead procurement activities in Corporate Services, delivering end-to-end procurements and governance documentation.

The role involves working with senior stakeholders, drafting RFPs and contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting social impact projects across the public sector. Hybrid working arrangement in London is provided.

Qualificações

• End-to-end procurement lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting: producing clear, concise governance papers and procurement documentation.
• Analysis & organisation: managing competing priorities, solving problems and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Confidence gathering information and working independently.
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP Ariba is useful, but training can be provided.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and standard Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement exercises from start to finish, including procurements up to approximately £5m.
• Draft RFPs, pricing schedules, governance papers and approval documentation.
• Review and draft contracts, manage variations and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
• Work with stakeholders to turn requirements into market-ready specifications.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Support projects delivering meaningful social outcomes, including initiatives around rough sleeping, warmer homes, domestic abuse support and retrofit.
