Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities through production supervisors and cell leaders to meet production, quality, safety and commercial targets.
• Coach and develop production teams to maintain high engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements across the facility.
• Plan and execute production requirements to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S and operational excellence methods.
