On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a public sector organization based in the North West.

The role involves supporting the day-to-day procurement activities, engaging in end-to-end procurement processes, managing frameworks, and possibly supporting recruitment. The focus will be on categories such as professional services and place.

• CIPS, working towards, equivalent or evidence of CPD.
• Strong knowledge of public sector regulations, including the Procurement Act 2023.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement processes.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple tenders within public sector regulations.
• Experience in delivering social value objectives and/or working in the place/professional services categories.
