Working Arrangement: Full-time, Hybrid (once a week to once a month onsite - highly flexible)

Location: Manchester + remote

On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a public sector organisation based in the North West.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day procurement activities, engage and lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage frameworks, and potentially assist in recruitment processes. The role involves supporting across categories, with a focus on professional services and place.

• CIPS, working towards, equivalent, or evidence of CPD.
• Strong knowledge of public sector regulation, including the Procurement Act 2023.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience leading and delivering multiple tenders under public sector regulations.
• Experience delivering social value objectives and/or working in place/professional services categories.
