We seek a Procurement Manager to develop a global supply chain and create industry opportunities. The role involves deploying and communicating supply chain strategies (Partnership and Commodity), providing strategic direction for the supply chain.

Key Selection Criteria

1. Experience in delivering supply chain solutions within highly regulated environments, including front-line operations, procurement, and supply chain delivery, with a track record of meeting challenging objectives and tight deadlines. Cross-functional experience in strategy, commercials, project management, regulation, physical goods, and full supply chain solutions is preferred.
2. Ability to apply frameworks to develop specific supply chain strategies that recognize global opportunities, regulatory differences, and best practices.
3. Experience managing suppliers or partners, particularly in highly regulated sectors such as nuclear, power generation, aerospace, automotive, or petrochemical industries.
4. Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams (engineering, commercial, manufacturing, project management) and external stakeholders, including negotiation and representing the business externally.
