A leading payroll solutions provider seeks a Payroll & Benefits Manager for a 3-6 month FTC in Liverpool. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 1500 employees, leading a team of professionals while working closely with various business functions to deliver impactful reports and implement process improvements in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management for large employee numbers (up to 1500).
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of payroll professionals.
• Ability to produce management reports including gender pay gap analysis.

Portfolio Payroll are supporting a fantastic client in Liverpool, seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a 3- 6 month FTC.

The role is paying circa GBP50,000 and offers hybrid working.

Reporting in to the chief financial officer, you will be responsible for;

• Processing end to end payroll for up to 1500 employees, across numerous payrolls
• Lead a team of 4 payroll professionals, as well as provide guidance to the wider teams across the business
• Management reporting
• Work closely with the people team, producing reports incl. Gender pay gap etc
• Process improvement / Transformation
