You will drive working capital improvements, ensure robust financial controls, and collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to deliver process optimisations and value during a 6-month

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing operational finance teams including AP, AR and Cashbook.
• Proven leadership developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial controls, reconciliations and governance knowledge.
• Experience with ERP environments, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Experience delivering process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary operational finance team.
• Oversee AP, AR and cashbook day-to-day transactions.
• Improve working capital through debt management.
• Monitor AP/AR performance and provide insights to leadership.
• Own core finance systems governance and optimisation.
• Lead month-end processes and support audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
