Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a five-month fixed-term basis in London. The role focuses on managing the year-end close for 31 December 2026 and supporting the external audit through March 2027, while handling month-end reporting, reconciliations and robust controls.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will own end-to-end close, prepare management accounts with commentary, review colleagues' work, maintain balance sheet

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Strong background in balance sheet control, reconciliations and complex month-end close processes.
• Hands-on experience preparing management accounts with commentary and reviewing trial balances.
• Experience across European and/or APAC entities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end month-end close process with comprehensive management accounts and variance commentary.
• Technical review of month-end packages and reconciliations prepared by others.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support year-end audit files, trial balances and schedules with external auditors.
• Assist ERP optimisation and setup in Dynamics 365 BC to improve processes.
