Job summary

Finatal is seeking an Interim M&A Consultant to join immediately in Central London, with four days in office per week. You will take hands-on ownership of deal execution across multiple live transactions, from LOI to completion, reporting to CFO and corporate development leadership.

The role requires a proven track record of leading acquisitions through to closing, strong due diligence experience, and excellent project management.

Qualifications

• Significant M&A execution experience across corporate development, IB, PE or lead advisory
• Proven track record leading acquisitions through to completion
• Strong experience with SPAs, due diligence and external advisers
• Experience handling multiple concurrent deals
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple acquisitions simultaneously
• Own transaction timetables and progress deals to completion
• Coordinate financial, tax, commercial and legal DD workstreams
• Act as central contact between management, advisers and stakeholders
• Manage Q&A and information requests during diligence
• Drive deal governance and reporting across pipeline
• Prepare papers and updates for senior leadership and investors
• Support negotiations and resolve issues during execution
