A leading international company is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join on an interim basis. This role covers a broad range of legal work across Europe, with a focus on commercial contracts, governance, and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial, co-operation, and real estate agreements
• Advise on corporate governance, M&A, and restructuring projects
• Manage multi-jurisdictional legal matters and liaise with local counsel

About You
