I'm working with a Technology business looking for an experienced Interim Legal Counsel to support their Legal team during a busy period.

Must have:

• Data licensing
• SaaS and Tech procurement
• IP and Data Privacy issues

What they’re looking for:

• UK, Australian or NZ qualified solicitor (at least 5 years PQE)
• Strong commercial contracts experience (either in-house or from private practice)
• Confident working independently in a lean team

You must be available to start immediately.
