Qualifications

• Experience in General Commercial, Corporate, Real Estate and/or Construction.

• Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and escalation of legal risk.

Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim lawyers to support our Data Centre clients. We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers from a variety of legal backgrounds such as Commercial, Corporate, Construction and Real Estate.

What you should have:

• Experience in either General Commercial, Corporate, Real Estate and/or Construction
• Data Centre industry experience is crucial
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble shoot and problem solve in a create and innovative manner
• Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk
