Job summary

Catalyst Support is seeking an Interim IT, Data and Digital Manager for a 3-4 month fixed-term assignment in the UK. The role combines leadership of IT, data and digital systems, with hands-on management of day-to-day operations and GDPR compliance.

The position is hybrid (Woking): three days in the office and two days from home, offering a £40,000 per annum salary for 35 hours per week. Start date is as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT, data and digital teams.
• Proven ability to manage external IT providers.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritise, adapt workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across IT, data and digital initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and relationship with external IT partner.
• Develop and improve secure data systems, reporting and performance measures.
• Act as Data Protection Officer and support GDPR compliance.
• Drive digital transformation and change initiatives to improve processes.
• Lead and develop the internal data team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service Delivery and others to meet operational needs.
