Finatal is working with an international private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Director to assist with a scaling portfolio company that has recently completed several acquisitions across the UK, in line with their buy and build strategy. The business operates mainly within the professional services sector, focusing on people-based operations, where talent retention is crucial as it holds significant value in acquisitions. You will be responsible for executing the Post-Merger Integration (PMI), working closely with the transformation team to produce presentations, templates, and manage overall project coordination across all workstreams and functions. The company's long-term goal is to continue its M&A strategy, making a robust integration plan essential.
