• Experience in food manufacturing, product development, ingredients, technical, quality or project management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver ingredient and raw material cost optimisation opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Build and manage a prioritised pipeline of opportunities with clear benefits, timelines and risks.
• Evaluate commercial and technical viability of proposed changes with procurement and suppliers.
• Carry out hands-on assessments and support production trials to validate changes.
• Coordinate product, specification and data requirements to ensure changes are implemented accurately.
