Broster Buchanan is seeking an experienced Divisional Financial Reporting Accountant to join our client’s finance team on an interim Fixed Term Contract for 6-8 months. The role leads monthly, half-year and year-end consolidation and reporting across locations, and provides IFRS technical accounting guidance to ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting.

You will collaborate with senior finance stakeholders, monitor controls, support process improvements, and drive financial reporting

Qualifications

Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with strong IFRS knowledge.
Experience in group consolidations and financial reporting processes.
Experience in large or complex organisations.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex accounting matters clearly.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Lead the monthly, half-year and year-end consolidation and reporting processes.
Review submissions from business units and resolve reporting issues.
Act as a key contact for reporting matters across the division.
Ensure accounting policies are applied consistently and reporting deadlines are met.
Provide advice and guidance on IFRS and technical accounting matters.
Develop technical guidance and deliver training where appropriate.
