Job summary

Confidential is seeking an HR Operations Manager in Manchester who can come in quickly and take ownership of a number of operational HR workstreams.

This hands-on delivery role requires someone comfortable with detail, able to identify gaps, coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders, and keep the HR operation running through change. You will work across payroll, systems, benefits and shared services to deliver seamless HR service.

Contract: Interim / FTC 6 months. Start: ASAP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of HR operational workstreams.
• Experience in payroll operations and/or payroll implementation.
• Experience with HR systems implementation or transformation.
• Experience in HR Shared Services / People Operations.
• Experience in benefits administration and supplier management.
• Experience managing change programmes involving systems, payroll and processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key HR operations workstreams.

• Ensure HR operations run smoothly through change.
