Job summary

The SR Group (UK) Limited is seeking an Interim HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership in a London-based, purpose-led real estate organisation. You will report to the CEO and work with the leadership team, trustees and managers to ensure a people-first, compliant and values-driven approach.

You will lead a small HR team, manage employee relations, performance, and recruitment, and drive key people initiatives, including policy reviews and change programmes, while embedding

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in SME Not For Profit/environmental/real estate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience delivering HR projects and organisational development initiatives.
• Ability to operate at executive level with Trustees or Board members.
• Experience overseeing employee relations and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to CEO and Executive Team.
• Lead and develop a small HR team and ensure a high-quality service.
• Oversee HR operations including ER, performance management and recruitment.
• Represent the organisation at Board/Committee meetings on people matters.
• Lead HR projects, policy reviews and change programmes.
• Drive delivery of people accreditation frameworks and action plans.
• Champion equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and data protection.
