Qualifications

• Broad HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations matters, including absence, performance and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration.
• Support organisational change and transformation activities.
• Manage HR cases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Collaborate across HR and transformation teams.
• Respond to operational HR queries and priorities.
