Our client is a leading global data & analytics business, with growth and innovation at its heart. They are looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join their International HR function, based in London. The company has an office-based, fast-paced & dynamic culture, and this role will be in the London office 5 days a week.
The International HR team partners employees outside US HQ (c. 500). The International division is the newest part of the business and is on an exciting growth journey – both organic and through M&A.
Reporting to the International HR VP, you will be part of a close-knit team that provides an end-to-end HR offering. Supported by Centres of Excellence in US, you will partner MD/VP level leaders across International, and have great exposure to senior stakeholders. This role is autonomous, with the opportunity to be strategic and make an impact, but also has the expectation that you will roll your sleeves up and deliver. There is a real entrepreneurial spirit in the company, and you will be empowered to make your mark, but also get stuck in to make things happen.
Your role will cover all areas of the HR remit, including M&A, restructures, organizational effectiveness, performance, engagement & ER.
