Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced homelessness professional to step into a key interim role in Greater London. You will lead a staff team, strengthen agency partnerships and drive meaningful service improvements that reduce rough sleeping and improve client outcomes.

You will lead and support two operational managers, coordinate across housing, health, mental health and substance misuse services, and drive MDT and multi‑agency working.

• Ability to hit the ground running
• Proven track record in leadership and partnership building
