Job summary

Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Interim Home Manager to lead a modern nursing care home in Kent. The role is an interim assignment of at least 3 months, starting ASAP, with day rate of £400-£450 per day plus accommodation if required.

You will take overall responsibility for day-to-day running, ensure exceptional person-centred care, and provide visible leadership during a period of transition.

Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next interim challenge?

We are supporting a well-established care provider with the appointment of an Interim Home Manager to take the lead within a modern nursing service and make an immediate impact.

This is an opportunity for a confident, hands‑on manager to step into a well‑established service, lead from the front and provide stability, direction and strong leadership during an important period of transition.

The Opportunity

You will take overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring residents continue to receive exceptional, person‑centred care while supporting and motivating the wider team.
