Job Title: Interim Head of Repairs

This Organisation is a reputable and community-focused Housing Association based in Surrey, committed to providing high-quality housing solutions to our residents. With a strong dedication to social responsibility and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Repairs to lead our repairs and maintenance team during a transitional period.

Role Overview

As the Interim Head of Repairs, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the repairs and maintenance functions of our housing portfolio in Surrey. You will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
  • Lead and manage the repairs and maintenance team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to organizational goals.
Operational Oversight
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize repairs and maintenance processes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance
