Job summary

Practicus is seeking an Interim Head of Property & Estates to lead a multi-site portfolio. This 3-month contract offers a fully remote arrangement in the UK and a daily rate of £550 inside IR35.

You will report to the COO and have autonomy to drive early impact. Responsibilities include strengthening the property function, improving contractor performance, and delivering relocations, refurbishments and new builds.

Qualifications

• Senior experience across property asset management and facilities management.
• Track record of improving service delivery and contractor performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering complex property projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, accountable approach and ability to deliver from day one.

Responsibilities

• Improve performance of the property function and raise internal customer service standards.
• Manage FM providers; oversee SLAs and drive value for money.
• Deliver key property projects including disposals, relocations, new builds and refurbishments.
• Lead and influence by setting clear expectations and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
