Job summary

PRS for Music in London seeks an experienced Head of Procurement to lead the function for a 12-month maternity cover. You will set procurement strategy, lead the team, manage supplier governance and drive cost savings across the organisation.

The role requires extensive leadership, strategic procurement experience and the rollout of new systems such as Atamis, with accountability to the CFO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior procurement leader with 10+ years' experience.
• Proven track record delivering cost savings and value for money.
• Experience leading procurement transformation and system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and board-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Procurement team through transformation.
• Define and deliver procurement strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts and governance to maximise value.
• Oversee rollout of Atamis procurement system and related changes.
• Drive cost controls, savings targets and 12–24 month sourcing plans.
• Ensure audit remediation actions and strong controls across procurement.
