This interim Head of Operations role in the food manufacturing sector is initially intended to provide short term cover on site in Lincolnshire.

• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Manage and develop team of direct reports, and indirectly over 100 production staff.

Job Offer

• Daily rate between £350 and £440 PAYE (inside IR35, c£90k equivalent package)
