Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading manufacturing operations in complex environments.
• Proven track record of improving production performance.
• Experience coaching supervisors and frontline leaders.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Effective KPI development and operational reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Lead, coach and develop the production supervision team.
• Review and strengthen structure, responsibilities and accountability.
• Establish leadership standards and operational performance targets.
• Develop KPIs, management information and performance dashboards.
• Improve visibility of priorities and intervention needs.
• Strengthen shift management, handover and communication disciplines.
• Support delivery of production, quality, safety and efficiency targets.
• Identify and implement practical continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive accountability and consistency across production teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, H&S, Warehousing and Logistics.
• Develop capability within the production leadership team.
