Job summary

Marsden, a leading international reinsurance business, is seeking a Head of Compliance for a 12‑month FTC in a city office with hybrid working.

You will own the firm's compliance strategy, provide regulatory advice to the executive team, and maintain relationships with regulators (PRA, FCA, Lloyd's), audits and risk assessments. SMF16/SMF17 experience and Lloyd's market knowledge are essential, plus onboarding/M&A experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Lloyd's market and London insurance market.
• Experience managing commercial and strategic matters such as onboarding new entities, M&A or restructuring.
• Knowledge of regulatory parameters and frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
