Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting Accountant to join the London finance team on a 4-6 month hybrid contract. You’ll support statutory accounts, annual report disclosures and audit deliverables through the year-end cycle.

The role requires a qualified accountant with strong statutory reporting experience, IFRS drafting skills and in-house year-end reporting and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements.
• Support monthly and year-end group reporting and consolidation.

• Manage PBC schedules and audit requests.
• Support lease accounting, impairment reviews and technical accounting documentation.
• Assist with local filing requirements.

We’re looking for an experienced Statutory Reporting & Financial Disclosure Accountant to join the finance team on a short-term contract. You’ll support statutory accounts preparation, annual report disclosures and audit deliverables through the year-end reporting cycle. What you’ll be doing

• Preparing statutory financial statements
• Supporting monthly and year end group reporting and consolidation processes
• Drafting annual report note disclosures
• Preparing disclosure support schedules
• Managing PBC schedules and audit requests
• Supporting lease accounting, impairment reviews and technical accounting documentation
• Assisting with local filing requirements

What you’ll bring

• A professional accountancy qualification - Qualified Accountant
• Strong statutory reporting experience
• Previous inhouse year-end reporting and audit support experience
• Excellent IFRS financial statement drafting skills
