They are seeking a Management Accountant to support the CFO during a significant expansion period. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone new to private equity to gain valuable experience working alongside a seasoned PE CFO, with strong potential for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting Support: Assisting the financial reporting team in preparing essential management reports.
• Account Reconciliation & Cleanup: Managing overdue accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Process Automation: Contributing to automating processes, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Cash Management: Overseeing cash flow and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Year-End & Audit Support: Supporting year-end procedures and working with external auditors for smooth audits.
• Process Improvement: Driving best practices and improvements within reporting functions.
