Job summary

Finatal is seeking an Interim Group FP&A professional to take ownership of group reporting across a multi-entity environment, in a PE-backed setting. You will report to the Group Head of FP&A and deliver high-quality financial information to senior leadership, lenders and investors.

Based in London or Manchester, the role covers monthly board packs, KPI reporting, cash flow, covenant monitoring and model maintenance. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong group reporting and FP&A experience.
• Comfortable presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in PE-backed, leveraged or fast-growth environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly board packs and management reporting.
• KPI reporting and performance analysis.
• Flash reporting and executive commentary.
• Cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Covenant monitoring and lender reporting.
• Consolidation of financial and operational data.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain three-statement and covenant models.
• Provide insight and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
