Job summary

Finatal is partnering to appoint an Interim Group Financial Controller for a 12-month engagement in a fast-growth, PE-backed environment. The role focuses on leading complex group reporting, consolidations and financial controls across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders, oversee statutory reporting and audits, and drive timely management and board reporting to support growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in group reporting, consolidations and statutory accounting.
• Experience delivering financial control in demanding, PE-backed environments.
• Experience in multi-site, manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, logistics, facilities management or other operationally complex businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group consolidation process.
• Oversee statutory reporting and audit delivery.
• Strengthen financial controls across the group.
• Ensure timely production of accurate management and board reporting.
