Job Description

• Liaise with external auditors, managing the audit process to ensure completion within the required deadlines.
• Lead and manage the accounting, transaction, and payroll teams.
• Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, and PAYE returns.
• Take overall responsibility for the accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of month-end management accounts.
• Own and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations.
• Prepare statutory accounts and assist in reporting to lenders/shareholders.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including debtors, creditors, and banking.
