We are partnering with a high-growth, operationally heavy, private equity-backed organisation to appoint an Interim Group Financial Controller for a 12-month engagement. This is a critical role within a complex, operationally intensive business, supporting the finance function through a period of continued growth and transformation.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in Group Financial Controller positions, with extensive experience delivering high-quality group reporting, consolidations, technical accounting and financial control within demanding environments.
Experience within multi-site, manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, logistics, facilities management or other operationally complex businesses is essential.
Key responsibilities will include leading the group consolidation process, overseeing statutory reporting and audit delivery, strengthening financial controls, and ensuring the timely production of accurate management and board reporting.
