Job summary

Cedar is partnering with a fast-growth consumer brand in Central London to appoint an Interim FP&A Manager on a 6-month contract, with a day rate of £350-£450. The role focuses on analysis, modelling, systems and data, with hybrid working requiring 3 days in the office.

You will own FP&A reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and help enhance automation and scalability of financial models. Strong Excel and data handling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on FP&A and financial modelling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Comfortable handling large, complex datasets and validating data.
• Experience improving FP&A reporting, systems or processes.
• Experience with systems implementation or BI tooling is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Owning core FP&A reporting and monthly performance analysis.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and periodic reforecasting.
• Maintaining and improving P&L, balance sheet and cash flow models.
• Manipulating and analysing large, complex datasets.
• Validating underlying data and investigating inconsistencies.
• Supporting finance systems implementation and reporting improvements.
• Improving automation, reporting workflows and model scalability.
• Producing variance, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Strengthening forecast accuracy and management information.
• Supporting Board and investor reporting.
• Providing ad hoc modelling and analytical support across FP&A.
