Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - St. Austell / Remote - Circa: £50,000 Negotiable depending on experience

Trial Balance Consulting has been exclusively engaged by one of our longest-standing clients, a highly regarded employer in Cornwall. The company has experienced significant growth and, following a large-scale restructure of the finance function (with no redundancies), now seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to join the senior management team. This is initially a 4-6 month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent. The role is full-time, operating on a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the office and the rest remote.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and Group FC to support business expansion through commercial finance decision-making and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with senior management to develop the company's long-term strategic plan
2. Creating budgets and forecasts
3. Producing growth projections
4. Conducting financial and operational analysis
5. Providing commentary on company performance to SMT
6. Supporting new investment strategies through financial reporting
7. Financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability analysis

We seek a professionally qualified individual (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant experience in a highly analytical role, and a good understanding of BI and reporting tools.
