Job summary

ALF Recruit is recruiting an Interim Financial Controller for a multi-entity group in Salford Quays. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working (1 day in the office).

You will own group financial control, prepare high-level management accounts and manage intercompany recharges and consolidations across the group. The role requires strong stakeholder management and a proactive, process-improving mindset.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with multi-entity or group consolidations experience.
• Proven ability to manage intercompany recharges and consolidations across entities.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and external advisers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Group financial control across multiple entities.
• Prepare high-level management accounts and reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany dynamics, recharges and consolidations.
• Run multiple projects while maintaining day-to-day numbers.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, entity finance teams and advisers.
• Improve processes as the group evolves and support ad hoc projects.
