Job Description:

Charity People are working with a £10 million turnover NGO to help recruit an Interim Financial Controller for 3-6 months based in Worcester.

The organisation's working week is 4 days, offering a salary of £62,539 for four days per week.

My client is looking for a candidate to start early June 2025.

Salary: £62,539 for four days per week

Must be: very strong on Charity SORP and statutory accounts

Led on system upgrade or implementation

Hybrid: Going to East London twice a week

Key priorities include:

• Completion of annual accounts and audit (currently in final stages)
• Coordinate financial system upgrade, managing and working closely with the Project Manager
• Lead payments, Accounts payable and receivable team, including a relatively new team member
• Follow up on audit findings

This role will close on 4th June 2025.
