Job Description:

Charity People are working with a £10million turnover NGO to help recruit an Interim Financial Controller for 3-6 months based in Doncaster.

The organisation offers a 4-day work week with a salary of £62,539 for four days.

The successful candidate is expected to start early June 2025.

Salary: £62,539 for four days per week

Must be: very strong on Charity SORP and statutory accounts

Experience: Led system upgrade or implementation

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with visits to East London twice a week

Key responsibilities:

• Completion of annual accounts and audit (currently in final stages)
• Coordinate financial system upgrade, managing and working closely with the Project Manager
• Lead payments, accounts payable, and receivable teams, including managing a relatively new team member
• Follow up on audit findings

This role will close on 4th June, 2025.
