• Monitor key KPIs and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Analyse key cost drivers and offer improvement recommendations.
• Business partner with operational stakeholders.
• Manage UK financial control framework and support audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.

LONDON – 3:2 HYBRID – 5-MONTH INTERIM – HIGH-IMPACT, HANDS-ON ROLE IN A GROWING BUSINESS

Are you a qualified Financial Controller looking for your next interim challenge? Do you thrive in hands-on roles where you can own the numbers, business partner & improve processes?

We’re hiring for a Financial Controller to join a growing business that’s scaling rapidly across multiple markets. This is a high-impact, 5-month assignment covering reporting, FP&A and business partnering during a key growth phase.

You’ll be the right hand to the Finance Director, managing the team day to day and lead ing on the month-end close while supporting budgeting, board reporting, and financial insights.

THE ROLE
