Job summary

Jobtailor in Exeter is seeking a Lead Finance professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, delivering monthly management accounts and robust reporting to senior stakeholders.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualifications with a strong technical accounting background and hands-on involvement across reporting and management accounting. You will drive improvements in controls, governance and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification required.
• Strong technical accounting, operational and financial reporting background.
• Hands-on environment with work across reporting and management accounting.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Experience in professional services, consultancy or project-based business is ideal but not essential.
