Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Finance leader to shape financial strategy, drive planning and budgeting, and partner with the Director and Executive Board. You will deliver forecasts, consolidate actuals, ensure robust controls, and lead a high-performing team while promoting commercial acumen and continuous improvement.

This role requires ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent, with extensive stakeholder engagement across the business in a UK-based setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience influencing Director-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading teams and performance management.
• Strong background in planning, forecasting, and providing insight on performance against plans.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities
