Qualifications

• Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience working within Industry, in companies with an annual turnover of a minimum of £50m+, ideally within a listed FTSE business and/or Top 20 practice within financial/statutory accounting capacity.
• Experience of half and full-year-end accounts preparation, audit liaison and preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Group Accounts Consolidation and Intercompany accounting.
• Financial reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.
• Preparation of year-end statutory accounts and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim finance services through CFO Solutions.
• Engage on short- to medium-term projects that sharpen accounting expertise and offer variety in engagements.
